趙韓生
趙韓生,男,滿族,1983年8月生。博士研究生學位,研究員職稱、博士生導師。2012年,中國農業大學生物學院生物信息學專業畢業,獲理學博士學位,師從楊煥明院士。碩博連讀期間主要從事高通量組學數據分析與挖掘工作,作為項目骨幹參加了水稻基因組計劃等多個國內外大型科研項目。2012年6月博士畢業並獲“中國農業大學優秀畢業生”榮譽稱號。同年7月入職國際竹藤中心,2014年和2020年先後被聘為副研究員和研究員。
趙韓生及其團隊專注於竹材材性形成的分子基礎與調控機製等林木遺傳的核心科學問題。先後主持國家重點研發計劃(青年科學家項目)、國家自然科學基金等國家級項目5項,在Nature Plants, Nature Communications和GigaScience等雜誌發表論文60餘篇。另外,擔任全球竹藤基因組計劃協調人、Editorial Board Members (BMC Genomics)、Review Editor (Frontiers in Plant Science)和中國生物信息學學會(籌)農林信息學專業委員。
