漆良華，男，漢族，1976年2月生。博士，研究員，博士生導師。1997年畢業於中南林學院林學專業獲學士學位，2004年畢業於中南林學院獲森林培育專業碩士學位，2007年畢業於中國林業科學研究院獲森林培育專業博士學位。

1997年以來致力於森林生態學、森林培育等領域的研究，主要從事生態係統服務、生態恢複、森林土壤碳庫及穩定性維持機製、熱帶雨林結構與功能等研究。先後主持“十三五”國家重點研發計劃課題、林業公益性行業科研專項、國家林業局948項目等20餘項，在國內外學術刊物上發表論文120餘篇，其中SCI/EI論文30餘篇，出版專著1部，參編4部，主持製訂林業國家標準、林業行業標準2項，參與製訂林業行業標準5項，授權專利及軟件著作權各1件，獲得省部級獎勵10項，其中一等獎2項，二等獎6項，三等獎2項。目前在研項目有“十四五”國家重點研發計劃專題、國際竹藤中心基本科研業務費等。
